4 fruit tree? Ever hear of that?

So I went to a big box store and they are selling fruit trees already. I saw some apple, pecan and cherry trees
then I spotted a four fruit tree ( Plum, Peach, Nectarine, ?one more Plum maybe?) has anyone ever seen this ?? I just saw a double and triple plum tree online that makes more sense.
Just seemed odd to me. I get it, the grafters at the nursery having fun with their profession. I would just imagine that different species demand different subtleties.
So if anyone ever owned, and ever have any luck with this? how many years have they lasted?
Anywho?

I had one a couple of years ago. I took it out after about 7-8 years. The 4th fruit was apricot. During bloom season it looked pretty cool. The peach/apricot section became dominant such that the other 2 hardly grew. If anything I'd stick with a twofer as the max.
