Rheem Furnace Vent PVC or B Pipe?

I was given this furnace for my garage and I’ve got it all setup and ready to vent it. My first thought was it must be PVC because the vent blower housing was plastic but it has an odd size flange on it and I can’t find anything to hook to it and transition to PCV, that when I started thinking maybe this is supposed to be vented in metal. Does anyone know if there is a special adapter I need and if this is a PVC vent system? I can’t find a manual for it anywhere. It does not have an intake pipe just the black plastic vent with what looks like 2 tabs on each side

B1 pipe...... not PVC. Here's the install manual for you.
