AS 80 - High/Low switch in NG to propane conversion

I have an American Standard 80 that I've converted from natural gas to propane. I'm heating a large garage used for working on cars and it has a substantial ventilation system (to evacuate exhaust fumes) so I'm not too worried about CO or anything. However I am wondering what I should set this "high / low" switch to. I'm not really sure if propane is considered higher or lower pressure than natural gas.

See picture attached to this post. Thanks!

Much more information is needed to respond to your question. Also what did you do to the unit to allow it to fire propane? For example, you will need a propane pilot, propane orfices, a propane regulator set to the correct inlet pressure, and a large supply tank, a gas valve that is recommended for use on propane, and a lot of knowledge and practical experience.

One thing I forgot to mention is that propane usually does not use an internal pressure regulated gas valve like the one you have. You can try to use it but it probably will not produce the required burner or pilot pressure.

Has the gas valve been converted by installing a conversion kit to use propane?

There's quite an extensive list of steps to convert the valve to LPG.
It appears that hi/lo switch is used in setting up the firing gas pressures.
