Short cycling
I have a dgat056bdc furnace with Blend air deluxe ii in a mobile home, that short cycles,the fan on top ,upper control board and hsi have been replaced,jumped the red and white wire on t-stat and nothing happens.And have a solid green on the hsi module.

I'm not a pro and i'm sure a more knowledgeable person will respond shortly... in the mean time you can do some preventive maintenance chores to cross them off the list.
- clean / replace air filters
- make sure return vents are not obstructed by furniture etc.
Your post mentions a hot surface ignitor: if you also have a flame sensor it may be fouled with oxidation. You can clean it by rubbing the business end with steel wool or very fine emory paper. (Wear gloves to avoid getting skin oil on this part.)
