Picture Frame Delaminating
Not sure when this happened but the laminate covering the frame has let go, only the top piece.
There is fair amount of tension so I doubt contact cement will hold.
Any idea what type of adhesive would have originally been used?

Contact adhesive was probably used when the frame was first made. As a repair I'd probably use a two part epoxy.
