Waterproofing a gazebo cover made of canvas/plastic

Got a gazebo from a friend that I tried it out last summer and this summer I want to fix up all the little holes to keep the rain out.
The canvas part isn't a problem but there's a clear plastic center part with the plastic pieces sewn to each other that I'm not sure what to use to seal the seams. And then some edges are sewn to the canvas, so would there be something that works on both canvas and plastic?

Using any canvas sealer will be about as good as you're going get. Nothing will prevent the sun from drying out the stitching.
