Need Ideas on front sun room
Hi Guys,
I am looking to get some ideas on building a privacy space attached to front entrance so my wife and kids can sit out eat or just enjoy their family time, my house is at an intersecton so there is a road perpendicular (not exactaly but at 75*),
I was thinking like a sliding top screen, it helps with blocking sun but not really private, looking to do it myself or at minimal cost. i am from jersey so weather could be a concern in regards to maintenance.
I have attached a photo if my house, it's a stlit level, please let me know your ideas.
Thanks,
Sub

I've seen some very good remodels-
random googling finds some good ideas-
Exterior House Remodel - Home Design Ideas
I'd consider "continuing the theme" from left to right, of an upstairs ~2' bump out at the top-left, , the stairs bump out in the middle-center, and go with a 12" wide deck or patio on the bottom right.
I'd provide shade with a pergola (open rafter for climbing vines

Until the vines grow in, some lattice for privacy.
