Trouble removing keyboard tray

Hello, I think this is the forum this goes in? I'm attempting to remove my keyboard tray because I believe I've gotten something stuck in it, but i can't detach it because of the black and red stoppers underneath. I assume I need to remove one of the two, but I don't actually know what they are or what tools I'm supposed to use. If anyone could tell me that would be pretty cool, thanks.

Hard to see from your picture but you will need at least a #2 phillips head screwdriver. Is this a drawer?

It's a desk. This is the bottom of the tray that slides out from underneath. There are two and one is over a drawer, but not this one.

Here's a better picture of the stopper part. Name: IMG_2420.jpg

It looks like a red plastic protector. It should just be able to be lifted off then you should be able to un-screw it.

I tried removing them earlier but the resistance made it feel like I was doing something wrong. Got them off though! Now I just need to buy bigger screwdrivers and I should be good. Thank you both.

My shelf just lifts off when open - just like most kitchen drawers.
