What type of hinge do I need?

I'm building a display case with a 3 sided front view (like a half hexagon shape) and the center frame will be the door to get inside. My problem is I don't know what type of hinge to use...? I want the hinges to be hidden. The other problem is the edges that would hold the hinges are cut at a 30 degree angle.

The second picture shows the joint where the hinges would need to be. There will also be a top and bottom plate to enclose it all. So if there is a type of hinge that could be attached to those plates that's an option too. I just need them to be hidden and out of sight from the outside

Hinges

Small butt hinges or a piano hinge should work.

Those types of hinges would be visible front the outside right?

Look at Soss Invisible hinges. They will do what you want. Bit of a bear to mount though. Barrel hinges would also work; they are not as strong but are easier to mount.

With either you will have to verify that you have enough thickness for the required bore/mortise, since it will be at an angle because of your angled edges.

Yea I seen both of those types of hinges and thought the same about the amount of mounting material. What do you think about those knife hinges?? Would those work for this?

I haven't used knife hinges but it looks like they will work. You would use a router and guide to mortise the top and bottom of the door and the face frame.
You can test the pivot point location with some scrap wood.

I think Carbide's reply is best though, SOSS or barrel.

Knife hinges would work, but a small amount of the pivot will be visible from the front.
