How to make a large diameter hole

Sorry forgot the "hole" in the title ^^
Hello, hopefully its the correct place to ask, I need to make a large diameter hole without a hole saw/etc, I have a drill but it just doesn't really work..I managed to make something with a drill and a knife, it works, but its meh...Does anyone have a good idea how to make something like that? Thanks

*The material I need to drill is plastic.

The list could get quite long, so how about telling us what a "large diameter" hole is and what the material is?

Well, I don't have the exact dimensions, its not too big really, but just much bigger than the average drill bit, so I need a new solution, I talked with a friend of mine that have a dremel, so I'll try it as it might be a good solution for me, and the material is plastic, sorry I forgot to mention!

I've tried that, the result is ok but I want to get it a bit better somehow.

Depending on size a hole saw would work. They go from 3/4 to 5 or 6 inches.

Yeah a hole saw would work, but I don't have one and don't have much time to get one, so unfortunately its not really an option atm.

You still haven't said what size hole? Take a wild guess so we don't have to guess.
Also, is this just one hole or many?
How thick is the plastic?

A large hole. Large enough to drive a car through? Large enough to stick your finger in?

Use a jigsaw and a thin coping blade.
