Heat Pump with additional radiant baseboard heat

I am using a Honeywell TH1100DV Heat only thermostat with a QMark MUH072 7.5KW electric fan forced heater. The thermostat connects to the "C" and "G" terminals on the heater. I am not sure which terminals I use on the thermostat. My options are "W" Heat relay, "C" 24V Common and "R" Power.

Hello DIY family, Today my furnace decided not to shut down the elements and it's getting pretty hot. Let me explain; I have a York furnace that works with a thermo pump that also gives A/C and heating. Since around a month the thermo pump is the one that has been supplying the heating but somehow today even though no settings were changed in the thermostat ( I checked) the furnace is the one that's turning on, not the thermo pump. (temp outside is currently -1c and it's snowing). When the house gets to the temperature set by the thermostat it shuts down the blower, but somehow the element stays engaged. Once the element gets pretty hot the blower starts again and then turns off when the element cools down which it takes just a few secs, however the cycle keeps going on and on with the same intervals. I did some research and it appears to be the sequencer but I cannot find it. Could It be possible that I dont have it? I know I have a limit switch, but I do not know if it's supposed to the same. I need to know if the limit switch in this furnace replaces the sequencer or if it's common for the furnace to have both. I will post the photos to see if you guys can identify the sequencer.
