Help needed for constructing iPad watching post?
I just bought a new recliner to put in my room. Im saving up for a TV, but I want to still watch TV on my iPad until then. I dont want to have to hold the iPad on my lap, or have a table to put it on. I was considering just suspending it from the ceiling with string, but that would look horrible. Maybe something that would attach to the wall like this?
I need it to be cheap, if not free. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

How about a DIY accordion arm made from wood. On the end a piece of Masonite with a horizontal wood piece at the top and bottom that had a groove in it to hold the edge of the tablet or simpler a narrow shelf on the bottom and diagonal elastic loops at each corner.

You could buy an Otter Box for your Ipad. It forms an angular shelf that you can rest on your lap, similar to a laptop. Having an Ipad so far away on a wall would cause eye strain.
