Boston BA35 Problem

Hi, I've got a powered speaker set that's been great up to recently. It has started losing amplified power ocasionally while being used. This has been a great set that has worked well for over 20 yrs. Is it done for or is there a simple fix?

Is that part of a computer sound system.... two speakers w/sub woofer ?
Is there a light on the sub that is going off ?
It could be a failing wall wart power supply.
I see a 635 and 735 sub woofer.... nothing for just 35.

In a three piece system the sub contains the amp for itself and the satellite speakers.
If it comes down to a replacement I'm seeing several BA735 systems for sale on ebay at a very reasonable price.

BA 735 system

Its a 635 system. I didn't even think about E Bay. I'll keep that in mind should mine get worse or fail. Thanks.

Watch the power light. If it's going out the power adapter could be bad.

I felt the adapter, its warm but not hot. There is one light on the back of the sub woofer next to the power input that says "auto detect." It's steady green. I found an online manual but it does not say what that light indicates.

Its been playing about an hour or so now and sounds fantastic. I don't think the sound level has dipped at all this time at least.

Thanks for the help.
