What are these insects near bed furniture

What are these bugs. I am finding them daily in my bed and nearby furniture from last month and now growing population. They may not be bed bugs as I am not having any skin itch or rashes.

I found this discussion elsewhere. Opinion seems to be it's some kind of moth in a cocoon.

Welcome to the forums.

A real closeup of one insect would be helpful.
They're small but don't look anything like bedbugs.

Ok I tried many photos. And cannot get more macro photos with my mobile camera. They are very tiny.

A location would be helpful also. At least a state. Different bugs in different parts of the country.
Is that bag like thing part of the bug? Never saw anything like it.

Do you have any type of public agency that could help you ID the bugs?

I've never seen anything like it. If it is insect related, it must be something local to your part of India.
