Is this a roach.
Gave it a swat,I have a clean house and never seen one. Lots of german roaches invading our city and this is not one,but their are some new kinds,oriental,american,I dunno,just panicking..ha ha.

Well it was walking,not flying,did not appear that it could fly or it would of flew off. ha Ha

I am not even worried about identifying the bug,just confirming it is not a roach would make me happy.

It doesn't look like a wasp and it doesn't look like a roach, either. Some sort of outdoor bug I think.
It helps to give a location of where you live since there's different bugs in different places.

Well,so long as it is not a roach,or infestation bug or anything I'm good. I can put away my flashlight,flamethrower and bottle of xanax and get on with the day.

Hmm,ya,kinda looks a bit the same. I'm not gonna gonna panic and call the exterminator and just assume he hitched a ride inside. But I'll keep my eye's peeled for a bit. Hopefully there is not more. :-) Thanks guys.

I agree, not a roach..Not sure what it is, but it's harmless short of maybe being able to sting but that doesn't mean that it is aggressive enough to do so.
If you don't see a pattern of behavior indoors then nothing to worry about anyway.
