Outdoor spider control

I am building and outdoor storage shed on a skid base on some block.
high desert California. A lot of black and brown widows as well as other more friendly spiders.
What is a good long term (6 months) solution to keeping the spiders from breeding under the floor. I considered putting a small hatch and fogging periodically but there must beca better solution.

Not quite picturing what the base of shed will look like, but will you have access to the void spaces underneath such as spraying between skids/runners? If so, the insecticide below and the generics will give the longest residual in a water based spray. Six months in a dark void space such as a shed and the voids underneath wouldn't surprise me at all. That's using it at max rate of .06%. If you spray more often then every 6 months, go with .03%. It's concentrate that you mix with water according to the labeled directions. Use a garden type compressed air sprayer and spray under neath as best you can. Treat int and ext of shed too. You don't have to cover every square inch underneath as spiders and their prey move around even though widows are web makers. Even if you can't get underneath at all, treating the exterior will help a lot anyway.

The active ingredient that you want is :Lambda cyhalothrin. Delatmethrin would be my second choice of actives, still very good. Not all insecticides are available in all states though. Might have some other ideas when I get a better understanding of how this will look.
