Basement slab subfloor with insulation

Hi,

I have a 1961 home and had a high humidity issue last year which was my first year in the house. I just discovered my concrete fondation has black mold growing on it from the interior because past insulation was extremely bad and I had no vapor barrier. I'm going to get it shot with insulating foam and now am contemplating options for the subfloor. Obviously, the house being 60 years old doesn't have any insulation under the slab. What are your experiences and products you have used.

I found this one, which seemed pretty expensive at first but seems an excellent product.

What are your thoughts?

Thanks

If you have high moisture then putting down anything on the top is just going to trap and allow the water to collect.

Just put a dehumidifier in the basement and remove the moisture!

When I will get foam insulation, I won't have the humidity issue anymore, I'm just looking for the best subfloor option t0 complement future wall insulation.

Not sure I get how the Home Depot subfloor will eliminate the moisture. Why is the foundation wet?
