USA flag that will hold up to weather?
My apologies, if this the wrong forum...What would you look for in an outdoor USA flag to be placed on front of the house i.e. size, material, stitching, etc... that will hold up to the harsh weather of the Sunshine state?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Polyester flags are the most durable and are usually used for year round outside applications.
Nylon flags are second best. Thinner material flies better in lighter winds.
As far as size... that we can't help you with although 3'x5' is the most popular size.

Annin Tough-Tex flags stand up the best to sun, wind, and rain. I'd say my weather is pretty harsh some parts of the year and the Annin TT gave me about 18 months service before it needed retiring. The cheaper nylon type were lucky to last 6 months, if that. $26 on Amazon for a 3x5. Buy 2 to get the free shipping and you are covered for 3 yrs or so.

Thanks all!
I'm going try the embroidered Annin TT @ AMZN (currenty $24.04), after I sign up for "Prime" tomorrow, when AMZN offers a one day, $20 off sale on Prime. What do I need to attach it to a concrete column, on my front porch?

You can use a standard four hole pole mounting plate with masonry anchors or Tapcons.

It should, though you may want to put some spacers between the bracket holes and the column. Depending on what the column is made of you might also need different stainless steel screws.
