3-leaf clover? If so, how to best eliminate?
Hi All,
I have a lot of this (i.e., in the picture) in my lawn. I'm assuming its just normal 3-leaf clover. Assuming it is, how do I get rid of it? (Earlier in the spring, I used Scotts Turf Builder Triple Action.) I'm located in northern NJ.
If its not standard 3-leaf clover, then anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I just use regular yard weed killer.
I have spray bottles to catch the small plants but for something like your situation a small gallon sprayer would get the bulk of it.
The weed and feeds help maintain but will not remove areas that are saturated,
Not going to go all at once so just keep working at it!

I would use a product containing 2,4-D. It is a broad leaf herbicide so you can spray it on without killing the grass. Clover is a bit difficult to kill so you may need to do another application two or three weeks after the first.
