Bathroom exhaust fan won't work.

My bathroom exhaust fan has stopped working. It's got three switches on the wall, Vent, heat, and light. None of these functions work. Is it a bad breaker? And how do I find out with a voltage tester?

I would guess a tripped breaker or a tripped GFCI receptacle.
Look for any GFCI's in the house and push test and reset.
Also reset the suspected breakers. Some breakers might appear to be fine when tripped.

I have done that, but still not working. Is it a possible bad breaker?

It's possible. Voltage testers are not recommended. Use a meter, analog preferred.

The breaker's hot terminal should read ~120V to both neutral and ground.
