Solar LED security lights

Anyone tried those wall or eave mount 180 degree motion sensing solar powered security lights?

Do they work well? Is the actual light as bright as a AC powered security light? From my experience many of the solar powered path or step lights are very dim compared to those that are AC powered. Don't know if security lights will have the same issue.

I am going to mount a security light on the exterior wall - there are four parking spaces along that wall that would benefit from the space being brightly lit when motion is detected at night. There is not a convenient power source on that wall so I am checking into solar. Being in South Florida we have plenty of sun...but also lots of rain and hurricane so it needs to be weather proof and tough.

Every solar powered light I have tried has been much dimmer than all AC powered lights. There are brighter ones but you are more into a commercial product costing $300+. Then you also have the maintenance issue of replacing the battery after several years so given the choice I would go with an AC powered light.
