Ceiling fan light problem with LED bulbs.
I tried to replace the bulbs in my ceiling fan with new 60 watt equivalent, 8.5 watt LED bulbs. The fan lights are rated for 60W.
When I switch the the unit on, both bulbs become strobe lights, quickly flashing on and off.
With one LED and one incandescent there is no problem.
The bulbs are not "not suitable for light with dimmers", but I never dim the lights so I did not think that would be a problem.
What is happening when two LED's are used?

Most, if not, all ceiling fans have in their installation instructions...... use incandescent lamps only. That sounds like the case with your fan too.
Most "generic" light dimmer circuits require approx 40 watts of load to work properly.
The LED's don't present enough of a load and in many cases will actually blow the light dimmer out.
