Recess wiring

Recess wiring

Heres the situation. I have placed a 6inch recess in the attic. Below are dual 3ways fed by 2 12/2 and 2 12/3. The diagram shows their wiring. All connections seem good.
Above in attic are two junction boxes.
Lefthand has 1 set of 12/3. Righthand 1 set of 12/2.
The righthand white turns on light when paired with black and white directly.
The lefthand white does not.
I attached.the red wire from lefthand junction 14/3 to the black wire on light.
Cannot get any sign of life from switches.
Only get constant on with light when direct loading it.

I imported your pictures but don't fully understand them.
Looks like 2) three way switches with the common not identified.
In the second picture.... the fixtures are in series. You need to connect the white from each fixture to the white of the three wire cable and black from each fixture to the black wire. Red will be capped off and unused.
OR... is picture two a switch loop?
