LED to replace fluorescents

bought two LED to install in fluorescent fixture. Removed the ballast, and cut the wires. The fixture has red and blue wires on one end and twin yellow ont the other. I was instructed to wire the red to the hot wire, and the blue to the neutral. No instructions on the yellow.
I wired the Rd and blue and no light tubes work. Where does the yellow go?
also i inserted the bulb as directed into the tombstone on the red, and blue end.
?..

If this is a single ended tube the yellow wouldn't be used. Try reversing which end of the tube goes to blue red.
