New Ceiling fan installation
What size wire should be used to wire a ceiling fan? Also, since I will be wiring two fans in separate bedrooms, should I run a new circuit from the breaker box?

Welcome to the forums.
You only need #14 (15A) wiring but if you are connecting to an existing circuit..... that wire dictates the size needed. If you are creating a new circuit use 14-2 NM-b. It can be used for both fans with plenty of reserve capability. The fans only need an amp or two each.

Thanks for the reply. This is for a bedroom and is a new installation. There is a light over the by the closet which is controlled by a wall switch. My plan is to just wire the ceiling fan and not have any wall switches. I have a remote which will control the fan and the fan light.

You'd need to check and see where the power is coming into that circuit. If you're lucky it will be at the light. You could start by checking at either location.
If you find one cable.... two wires..... at the switch..... the power comes in at the light.
If you find two cables... four wires or more at the switch.... the power comes in at the switch.
