Replacement Ceiling Fan Light Kit

The pictures in that post are identical except the label on mine says:

I am trying to replace the light kit. I have not found it in the common hardware stores. I know when it says "fits most ceiling fans", it does not fit this one. Online I see several good prospects, but I see comments in reviews: "this did not fit my fan". There is no detail indicating they were trying to get a light kit for the same fan I have, so the ones I have found may fit mine. I am looking for a way to confirm it before I order it. I have searched specifically with 5AXW52WH3F and nothing comes up that is useful. Is there a type of base that describes the size of the part that mates to the ceiling fan? Also, the light that came with the fan was a 3 bulb...if possible, I'd like to get a 4 bulb replacement.

The older post I referenced identified this as a Hunter Heritage Ceiling Fan 52 in, but I am not sure that was confirmed. Trying to search for that has not helped in my search for a light kit.

Would welcome any help or comments you might have.

I have the Hunter fan in that thread. Although it looks almost identical.... it is not exact.
I think you basically have a Chinese import fan. I'm not sure you are going to find a light kit that is confirmed to fit your fan. It will take some trial and error.
