One light in my house has a odd issue. When you turn the light on or off at typical speed there are no issues, but when I turn it on and off rapidly 3-4 times consecutively the light "goes out" for a time. Then I have to wait for 30mins to an hour before it starts working again. I can also flip the breaker to make it start working immediately. I used to have to wait overnight for the light to come on again before I replaced the breaker.
Troubleshooting steps I have taken so far:
Replaced light switch.
Replaced ceiling light box - requiring me to reconnect all wires to the light.
Replaced the circuit breaker
Where would i look next to resolve the issue? I, of course, have many lights and lights switches in my house and all of them I can flip on and off rapidly with no issue. (not that I do that regularly but just to test this issue)

Welcome to the the forums.
You checked and replaced everything except what was the likely problem.... the light.
What kind of light ?? Fluorescent, LED, etc.
