Is my outlet box suitable for a ceiling fan?

Good afternoon everyone,

We live in a condo building downtown and can't quite get an answer to whether or not this outlet box is rated/suitable for mounting a fan (the fan weighs 16 lbs). Obviously we can't see above the ceiling. Can somebody please assist?

Here's a link to the photos:

Hi, my vote would be it is not, there are no 10X24 threads suitable for mounting the fan bracket.

Welcome to the forums.

With a straight shot into the box with the fixture bar off it's hard to tell the mounting style but it doesn't appear to be a fan rated box.
