Change/Fix Ceiling Light

Hi All,

We have a few ceiling lights like the one in the picture that are out. I was hoping to get some guidance on how to go about changing out the bulbs. I am able to push the bulbs up and the fixtures around the bulb rotate/can change angle, but I don't want to damage/break anything in the process of trying to remove the bulb. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

You may need to break the paint seal and pull the trim down to access the bulb.

Really not that bad, just take a utility knife an score a line around the trim, what is the Dia. of that trim? it looks like a low voltage Halogen bulb.

That installation looks horribly sloppy! As mentioned, cut what appears to be caulk and remove the trim. Remember to replace with a LED bulb!!!!!!
