Wireless light switch

Mod note: Members location is Israel.

Hello friends, I decided to turn an electrical outlet which is high in the wall to the lamp. For this purpose, I ordered two wireless switches and a wireless switch for the lamp. I programmed it in the kitchen and put it in the bedroom in the designated place. The problem was that it refused to work, I hung up on him and I hooked up in the kitchen again and it worked beautifully. After explaining his opinion of his mother and sister, I reconnected him and refused to work. I checked it again with the tester, as soon as it was touched with the tester on the positive wire and the tester was on, the appliance worked. What could be the problem?

Welcome to the forums. This is primarily a North American forum but if you post a make and model number of the switch someone may be able yo help you.

Note if your tester is a non contact tester it is useless for reasl testing. For that you need an analog multimeter.
