Aluminum wiring on light fixtures.

I am replacing a couple of light fixtures in my bathroom and noticed that the new light fixtures have aluminum wiring for the hot and neutral wires and copper for the ground.
The lights I am replacing (which I have wired to a dimmer) have copper wiring and the LINE wires are copper as well.

I thought that you couldn't mix aluminum and copper wires ?

Thanks

Manufacturers have never used aluminum wiring on light fixtures.
That wiring is tin plated copper. It you cut the wire and look at the wire tips..... you'll see the copper.
