How to separate bathroom fan and light switch

The fan and light switch are daisy chained with 14/2 Romex. I want to change the single switch to a stacked switch so I can control the fan and light separately.

Is their an easy way to do this without ripping walls open

Is there an unfinished attic above?

You somehow need another conductor which means pulling wire. If you have access to the attic above it can be done without opening the walls. If you don't have access to the attic then you'll have to make some holes to run the cable then patch the holes after your done wiring.
