How to change a bulb in this fixture?

Hi everyone!

I recently purchased a house that has this light in the entryway and I cannot figure out how to access the bulbs in order to change. I removed the nut at the bottom figuring it would drop the lights down, but it just gives access to the wiring. It doesn't unhook from the chain at the top either. The light is suspended about 9 feet off of the floor which makes it harder to figure out the bulb situation.

I thought that maybe someone else has the same fixture and could provide an answer. Thanks in advance!

By the looks of the picture..... it looks like the chain is holding the center light section and the outer glass is sitting on top of that. In other word..... the glass piece can be lifted up the chain.

Ours is similar. All I do on ours is reach up and move the center section aside to get your hand past it. It is not a solid piece to the rest or at least it has some kind of swivel mount allowing for a couple of inches of movement. This one I'm not sure, if it was the same I would think you would have noticed while working on it.

Agree, just reach under the glass and around to the bulb.
