Lithonia track light issue.

Hi all,

I have a problem with Lithonia track light system.
I have two track sections connected and working fine.
I added one more section but the problem is that lightning heads installed on it don't work at all. After shot investigation, I found that if I connect the third track black wire is hot and white neutral but when I add a lightning head both wires become hot whitin the connector. Previously installed tracks and lightning are fine all the time.
I checked various tracks, connectors and lightning heads with the same outcome.
Any idea what's going on?
Thanks

Yes, I do. Do I get false reads while using a non contact tester?

Yes, non-contact testers are notoriously unreliable. I can even make my beep just by gently shaking it. Non-contact testers are often easily fooled. They can indicate that a wire is energized when it actually is not. Best is to use a contact tester. On of my favorite are the old fashioned needle style multi-meter. I like them better than most digital meters because they don't display phantom voltages.
