Need ballast replacement

Hi.
I have a ballast that needs replacement. But I don't know how to order one like it. The exact one doesn't seem to be available any more. I'm including a picture of current ballast. How to I know how to order one that will match this one? The ballast has a lot of information but I have no idea how to read it.

Company Name: DawnSun
Model: EBU140MB
It is for a ceiling fan lamp. It is a circline bulb. The sticker says use 32W 12in T9 bulb.

would also probably give the led bulb a shot and hope it has a long life span however if you dont want to spend 30 bucks when you probably already bought a new t9 flourecent bulb only to find out that it didnt fix the problem then you may just want to replace the ballast you need a replacement ballast for a single 12inch t9 if you search for Sunpark LC-12014 or ROBERTSON 3P20129 on amazon you can probably find a replacement for around 10 bucks.

The ballast you need is based on the lamp it is running. in your case you have a FC12T9 lamp so this should work for you:

I read that to use LED to need to bypass ballast. Can you point me to instructions for that? It looks like i need to remove the ballast and wire something.
