Smart light dimmers/switches questions

Hello. I am upgrading a house that I purchased with new network and smart devices. I want to change the light switches to Z-Wave dimmers and switches. I am not sure if I have neutral wires.

I would appreciate if you could take a look at the photo attached, as an example for a dual switch:
There are 4 wires: Black, Red, White, Copper
Left switch is connected to Black and White wire.
Right switch is connected to Red and White wire.
Copper wire is not connected to anything.

I would also appreciate if someone could help with questions below.
  • Some of my switches are dual, I am not able to find any dual dimmers. How should I install a dual switch (two lights) like the one in the picture?
  • Some of my switches control a fan with built in lights. How can I add dimmer switches to it?

You have a switch loop. There is no neutral in that switch box.
You can't use any switches that require a neutral without rewiring.
