Bath Exhaust Fans

I have 2 bathrooms upstairs that are literally side by side. So the bath fans follow suit. They are not vented outside however.

My question is, how far from each other must the exterior vent hoods be? What are the rules on this? And just FYI, there are no windows nearby where I want to put the vent hoods. Thanks!

Unfortunately you'll need to cut them in somewhere. They can be right next to each other.

Exterior Sconce Identification

I know it's a long shot, but has anyone ever seen an exterior sconce like this? I'm looking to find more of them. This one has integrated LED lights. I've been unable to find anything even close to it online or in the local stores. I know it's a long shot, but it's worth a try...

Exposed Romex across attic ceiling studs?

I am wanting to run Romex 12/2 type NM-B wiring from a bathroom 3-function switch up through a wall and then across to a ceiling fan/heater/light. The attic above is really just a crawl space with exposed studs and with of course the drywall below for the bathroom ceiling. There's also blown insulation up there. [B]My question is it allowable to have the exposed Romex wiring running between the ceiling studs (with no conduit)?[/B]
