From Spiral CFL to LED in bathroom fixture?
I have a fixture kind of like THIS in a downstairs bathroom that needs to be able to withstand the humidity that comes from having a shower in the small bathroom (We have a bathroom exhaust fan installed but better safe than sorry).
The previous homeowner had the old spiral cfl bulbs installed with the GU24 base (not this exact brand, but same specs) - which are apparently hard to find in our area.
I'm not a big fan of the Spiral CFLs as it is, so I was thinking of replacing the three bulbs with LED bulbs (these specifically)
Would that work? I know the new bulbs have fewer lumens but that's not a big deal to me. My big concern is the safety/fire hazard of it.

Almost any modern LED bulb could be used. There really isn't much difference between a CFL and LED. They both have a circuit board inside.
