T8 Flickers
I replaced the ballast , florescent T8 bulbs and a circuit breaker but s still flicker not in one but in (2) rooms on same circuit breaker. what can be the cause? thanks

Welcome to the forums.
It's come to the point where it's no longer cost effective or even just effective to replace ballasts or old style tubes. The switch to LED T-8 tubes is the only way to go. The tubes run from $5-9 depending on where you buy them from and if they are direct replacements or the ballast needs to be removed.
I take care of commercial sites and have found that the newer tubes with reduced mercury content are very finicky as to which ballast is used.
In order to use today's T-8 tubes..... you must use an electronic ballast.

Don't spend another dollar on old tech fluorescent bulbs and ballast, convert them over you will not be disappointed!
