Ezgo golf cart will not charge
My electric ezgo golf cart will not charge. My batteries are full of water. Is there a fuse in the charger?

Welcome to the forums.
Ezgo has used many different chargers.
Without a model number we would have to guess if it had a fuse in it.
The batteries being full of water doesn't mean that they are automatically good.
You could have a defective battery or connection.
You're going to need a volt meter to test the charger and batteries.

How do you know the batteries are not charging?
Did this problem start suddenly? Did anything happen to cause it like driving the cart into a pond or was someone trying to "fix" it?

Electric ezgo golf cart won't charge
The charger is isn't showing a charge on it. It hasn't been in pond or anything like that. My 80yr mom drives it in our small town and keeps it in a shed

There are many things that can cause a problem.
Defective charger.
Broken wire in charger to cart cord.
Broken/loose charge jack on cart.
Broken wire from charge jack to batteries.
You haven't given us anything to go on so we have to guess at the problem.
You ARE going to need a test meter unless you have a second charger to try.

Yes, the first step is to determine if the charger is bad or if something happened in the cart.
How did the cart die? Did it just totally die suddenly or did is go slower and slower until it stopped?
