I am looking for a small hydraulic lift that will accommodate a 3 wheel golf cart. I am using floor jacks and jack stands now to do oil changes etc but would like something that will get it up higher safely. I saw one on the internet (Alibaba) WX-SC-3000A that looks like it might work IF the lifting bars can be moved to position for the single front wheel, but I am guessing this might be Chinese made, (can be good, can be bad) Looking for anyone with actual experience with that one or any brand for that matter.
I added a picture and a link. Interesting item as Alibaba is selling a stack of them used.
The link has a video in it of it in operation. They rate it for 6000kgs = approx 3 tons.
Very doubtful. Couldn't see that holding a car up. Your cart would be ok.
The pivot points look like bolts.
The rails don't move but there are four shoes that swivel just like on a car lift.
Thanks Pete, and Dixie. Neither one of those look like something I want to risk my life under, Not to mention "Christine" Gave me an Idea though. I can probably put the back axle on a pair of solid jack stands, and lift the front axle up high enough to do what I need to it with my engine lift, (with safety support on the lift cylinder)
Is there a portable battery pack that can be used to charge a motorcycle AGM battery without removing it from the motorcycle?
My motorcycle is parked in an apartment designated parking space that has no nearby outlet. I could bring the battery indoor to keep it charged with an AGM battery charger but it is a pain to remove/install the battery, and this also makes it difficult to use the motorcycle on impulse in case of a warm sunny day during the winter.
Is there an portable charger (like a car jump starter battery pack) that can be used to charge AGM battery? This way I can charge the battery pack in the apartment, then use the battery pack to charge the motorcycle.Read More
I just ordered a set of 12 volt LED headlights from Amazon for my Cushman Golfster.. They had a push pull switch for it too, but I will have to wire it myself. I thought it might be a good idea to put a fuse in the line but not sure what amperage fuse size to put in an in line holder. The lights will be powered off the key switch accessory tab, supplied from a Marine sized 12 volt battery charged with an automotive alternator.Read More
