Part # for Briggs carb rebuild kit?

MTD Yard Man riding lawnmower with Briggs and Stratton 283H07-0197-E1 engine.

I've got a huge amount of gas in my oil. A search here tells me to rebuild the carb. I'd like to look up rebuild kit prices online before I start calling local hardware stores. Then can decide if it would be worthwhile to wait a week for shipping to save a few $$.
The hard part is determining which rebuild kit I need! Any help would be appreciated.

You can find the parts manual for your engine here
You will need to determine if you have a Walbro or Nikki carburetor.
Walbro kit-697241
Nikki kit-699521

May not even need a rebuild kit.
Your issue is the needle valve is sticking, or not sealing.
Pull it apart and clean it with some carb. cleaner.

Then pull it apart again to replace the bowl gasket, then the nut gasket, then....just kit the thing for 10 bux and be done with it!

I fix the majority of them without having to replace anything. If your carb is a walbro and you've been using ethanol fuel, you will likely need to replace the needle AND seat to stop the problem.
