Husqvarna blows fuse when mower engaged

Mower does not engage - blown fuse
All, my husqvarna zero turn MZ5225 runs fine, but when I engage the mower, the blades don't engage.

I replaced the 7.5A fuse, but the fuse burnt again upon attempting to engage mower deck.

Welcome to the forums.

We try to keep a single topic in one thread. You posted this question in two places. Makes for confusion and duplicate replies. This thread is your thread.

That 7.5A fuse is for the electric clutch and the hour meter only.

There is a purple wire from the 7.5A fuse to a terminal on the PTO switch.
Then there is a blue and purple wire connected to the same terminal on the PTO switch. The purple goes to the hour meter and the blue goes to the electric clutch.

You either have a shorted wire, hour meter, suppression diode or electric clutch.

Great.

I'm a little new at this. How can I test (with a tester) each scenario?

Thanks.

Check the resistance (ohms) across the terminals on the electric PTO clutch and post the reading.
