Thanks for posting that! I finally understand the difference between summer blend & winter blend--which is a big deal here in Michigan.
The video raises a question (several actually) for me: For the example of a snow blower serviced in the fall at 70 degrees (or I suppose any heated shop)--are the adjustments made at that time going to be correct for operating in 10° temperatures when the air is much more dense?

I guess guy48065 if you are talking two stroke that might still have full adjustments, then yes, it should be fine tuned for current conditions: Altitude, humidity, temperature, will affect the mixture. Many of these any more are also fixed or restricted and require special tools available only to authorized service dealers.
