Question Blade design

I have a Brute lawn mower rated 675. As soon as I live in Brazil, I have troubles for buying parts. The blade of it is getting older and soon it will not work no more. I can buy or order to make one, so I'll need construction details of this blade. Do you know how I can get this? Please

Using the current blade, measure length (diagonal), width, thickness, offset (distance from top of blade to cutting edge; zero if blade is flat), number of mounting holes and their diameter. Look under lawn mower blades on internet for the closest match and order. Blades must be heat treated and this is not a DIY process even if you could fabricate the blade.

Do you have any friends from outside Brazil coming to visit? I frequently carry spare parts and other hard to get items for friends. Items containing natural rubber can be problematic to bring into Brazil but I've never had issue with steel parts.
