2750 farmhand poulan chainsaw
I have a poulan chainsaw that after i adjust the chain and use it the chain tightens up and stops the saw instead of loosening this one tightens up

GBPack, apologies if you already knew this, not everyone knows: in addition to the mixture of gasoline and two-cycle oil in the fuel tank, a chainsaw requires a separate lubricant for the chain. It's called bar oil, and there's a separate reservoir to handle it. It's a good habit to check the bar oil in between fuelings.

The owners manual says to thin the bar and chain oil with diesel fuel or kerosene in cold weather to insure adequate oil flow to the bar and chain.

thanks guys notice this started when I started cutting the big pieces the oil is full but must not be working right

Check the bar where it attaches to the power head to be sure the oil channel from the oil tank to the bar is free of clogged sawdust.
