Echo gear case and cable lubricant?

I'm about to do a tune up service on my old neglected Echo SRM-210 trimmer.

The manual calls for Echo lube for the gear case and cable, which I believe is Echo PowerBlend X (It was the only grease I found with Echo name on it).
The description of this grease states it is White lithium grease and it is $20+ for 8oz tube.

It seems way over priced for just white lithium grease. Is there anything special about this grease?

Will it be just fine to use regular white lithium grease (which I already have) ?

I don't see any reason why not.
