I never heard of either. Are they airless pumps? parts available for when they break down?

Painting outdoor cement flower pots

Greetings: My parents have two (2) outdoor cement flower pots that are approximately 31" high x 22.5" wide at the widest point. The pots haven't been painted in over 25 years. UV Resistant clear matt-finish polyruethane spray paint

Looking for a good quaity UV Resistant clear matt-finish polyurethane spray paint that will not yellow. My intended use: Installing conduit on the outside of my friends house for his spot lights. The conduit is electrical Schedule 40 PVC and also some of the parts of the conduit are metal. These will be pre-painted with primer spray and then sprayed with the color of his house. The final coat he would like to be a matt clear finish that is resistant to UV rays. Also of course it can't yellow. Would prefer that it be a bit flexible although the plastic parts are not very flexible. The conduit PVC pipe is 10 feet long and when moving them around they do bend a bit until they are installed on the side of the house. I was looking at Krylon clear matt #1309 but that is very expensive and some reviews stated the product never really dries totally. This can't be the case as dirt, rain, grass etc may and probably will come into contact with this conduit. Any suggestions would be very helpful. He wants a good quality product but we estimate we will need about 3 to 4 cans. If there is a better suggestion in a solution other than spray from a can we are using the Preval Spray system to applying the base color to match his house (pics) so if there is a better type but does not come in a spray can is it possible to be used in this sprayer? suggestions appreciated and or advice.
