Forgot to sand new fiberglass door before painting
I was "testing" a small sample of paint (lime green) on my new front door from HD that's fiberglass. I noticed after coming back from a break that the paint wasn't adhering that well, but just blamed it on the (Behr) paint.
Anyways I ended up coating the entire front. I the looked up the door online and realized I was supposed to sand with 600 grit to help the paint adhere.
What can I do now?

What do you mean by the sample paint wasn't adhering well? How long did it have to dry?
Making sure the door skin is clean is more important than sanding. I'd be inclined to leave it alone and see how it does. If more peeling occurs, then aggressively sand and recoat with a better paint.

Thanks all. Yes, it's now adhering ok. The manufacturer recommended sanding first with 600 grit paper, which I didn't know until after. I only have one coat on.
We're trying the color. Bright Lime green on a dark navy house. I'm not crazy about it and wanted yellow, but ...
Anyways, Monday I'm going to get some SW paint matched to the color.
I'd post a pic, but they say I've reached my limit and I can't delete any pictures.
