House Paint Stains from Water Run Off

Hi Guys, I have these white stains on the stucco from the rain. This same stain was on the flashing above and I was able to scrub it off.

What chemical can I use to scrub off the stains from the stucco. The stains are exaggerated because they are wet. When dry it does not look that bad..

I am trying to avoid repainting at this point..

Thanks

When dry it does not look that bad.
So they must be due to the roof tile valley causing the water to run down the fascia and then to the ceiling below??

But you state that when dry the dont look to bad so is it really a stain or just moisture that takes time to dry, not really anything that will fix wet stucco.

I'd be looking at some type of drip edge to keep water from getting onto the ceiling area!

As stated above if the 'stains' pretty much disappear when dry - it's moisture you are seeing and not an actual stain. While a fresh coat of paint should seal the stucco slowing or preventing it's absorption of water, stopping the water from getting to the stucco in the first place is the best fix.
